| Babys first Tooth! | | My 10 month old daughter is just getting her first tooth,and we are all so excited,lol.I know alot of people where we live are saying she took so long to get any,but my other kids were alot older than she is when they got theirs too.She is also starting to pull up and walk around things,oh no!My house will soon be ruined,lol.How old were your kids when they got their first tooth and walked? | |

I know some people they say no because it's a waste of money and he's not going to remember it... but I think I will feel a little better if I do just to honor that he made it through his first year of life...... | Breast is best - but not for everyone | | I support breastfeeding.And most women can breastfeed - but it's not a thing that comes naturally for everyone - it takes some practcing to get a professional.But if you for one reason or another choose not to breastfeed - it doesn't make you a bad mother.With the proper help many women would be abled to breastfeed - the lack of support for breatfeeding women are sadly one of the reasons that the rate of breatfed babies are low.WHO recommendations are to breastfeed full time for the Babys First 6 months and to breastfeed part time for the Babys First 2 years.Formula can never be better than milk produced for the baby - giving milk from a cow can't be more natural. WHat do you think? Is there enough support for breastfeeding - or should averyone just bottlefeed? | |
| | do you stick to one theme while decorating a christmas tree? | | i was just wondering on how many people have certain themes that they stick to while decorating there christmas tree? or do you just put up random ornaments and decorations because they are all your favorites? I see lots of different tree decorating ideas and am always looking for more. One year i had nothing but precious moments decorations and the garland etc balls matched the precious moments ornaments. then another year we had just metalic purple and blue... then after that our daughter was born adn each year we just went out and purchased differnt ornaments to suite her wants like etc. we have all differnt colored balls, garlnad, ornaments from "babys first christmas" to things she made in school to my little pony etc etc.. what does your tree get decorated wiht each year? random ornaments or one theme such as silver adn blue? | |

| My Babys Off to School! | | Well I put my 3 year old on the bus this morning for his first day of Head Start! Hes growing up so fast. When I got him up I told him it was time to get ready to go to school. He got all excited and clapped. He ran around finding clothes, a pair of pants that were dirty put on backwards, a shirt that was to small, no socks with shoes on. LOL He was that excited that he didnt care what he had on. So I got him nice cloths to wear and socks! LOL He sat by the window till the bus came. He ran out there and got right on the bus no problem. I snaped a few pics, you know my babys first day. This is one of the pics I got and I though it was great. The silence has been wonderful. No ones here...I can here my self think!! LOL Its actually kinda wierd not to here the kids running around. I think I will get more acomplished during the day now. | |
