A slab of North Texas limestone is on track to rock the world, with its two imbedded footprints poised to make a huge impression in scientific and religious circles. The estimated 140-pound stone was recovered in July 2000 from the bank of a creek that feeds the Paluxy River near Glen Rose, Texas, located about 53 miles south of Fort Worth. The find was made just outside Dinosaur Valley State Park, a popular destination for tourists known for its well-preserved dinosaur tracks and other fossils. The limestone contains two distinct prints – one of a human footprint and one belonging to a dinosaur. The significance of the cement-hard fossil is that it shows the dinosaur print partially over and intersecting the human print. In other words, the stone’s impressions indicate that the human stepped first, the dinosaur second. If proven genuine, the artifact would provide evidence that man and dinosaur roamed the Earth at the same time, according to those associated with the find and with its safekeeping. It could potentially toss out the window many commonly held scientific theories on evolution and the history of the world.Finding scholars and experts on evolution,...
last night I called a cab to go shopping. The cab cost me $12.00 I could have saved since offered a ride. I chose to use the cab as he was going in my sister's house. Now this cab driver drove like a bat out of hell. He was talking on a cell phone the entire way. I Thought to myself lord just get us there safely. So we get out before the entrance. On the way back why did we get this same sorry driver. He was young and watched my daughter and I struggle with those items. I said now here it is he can't make a tip. There is no way you can give this person a tip. When we reached home he sat patiently while we struggle in this horrible cold and wind.
Is this not a way to earn extra bucks. My goodness it's the holiday's. man and dinosaur roamed the Earth at the same time, according to those associated with the find and with its safekeeping. So what was your blessing today? It may be something small, or something large. For me, it was when I gave my two dogs a bath. A lot of you know I have a lot of health problems. Bathing my dogs in the tub always makes my back hurt like agony. They are too big for the sink, and I can't afford a groomer. So I gave my dogs a bath, and when I was done I went about my business. That is when I realized I had NO back pain. Not even the regular day back pain. I just thought, thank you Lord! So often I look for the big blessings, but fail to see the many small ones right in front of me. So please tell me About Your blessing today. If you try hard, I think everyone can think of one.: ) man and dinosaur roamed the Earth at the same time, according to those associated with the find and with its safekeeping. Letter from Grandma
The other day I went up to a local Christian bookstore and saw a "Honk if
you love Jesus" bumper sticker.
I was feeling particularly sassy that day, because I had just come from a
thrilling choir practice followed by a powerful prayer meeting, so I bought
the sticker and put it on my bumper.
I was stopped at a red light at a busy intersection just lost in thought
about the Lord and how good He is, and I didn't notice that the light had
changed.
It is a good thing someone else loves Jesus; because if he hadn't honked,
I'd never have noticed.!
I found that LOTS of people love Jesus. Why, while I was sitting there, the
nice man behind started honking like crazy, and he leaned out of his window
and screamed, "for the love of God, GO! GO!" What an exuberant cheerleader he was for the Lord.Everyone started honking! I just leaned out of my window and started waving
and smiling at all these loving people.I even honked my horn a few times to share in the love. There must have been a man from Florida back there, because I heard him yelling something about a sunny beach.
I saw another man waving in a funny way with only his middle finger stuck...
We Live in Canada. We were moving accross provinces from British Columbia to Saskatchewan to my husbands part of the world. I had never driven on gravel roads and was always a city girl. We had a child 6 years old, no money and a truck load of furniture that probably wasn't worth 500 dollars truck and all, but we were headed for new ground. Oh I forgot to say we had an old Dodge car that was financed. My husband was driving the truck with all our belongings and I was following with the car. Well we finally got to Saskatchewan and we had miles to go on the most dusty gravel road you could imagine and I was left in a cloud of dust. He finally had the good sense to stop and tell me about 3 miles further we'd have to make a right turn. I told him then to slow down all I could see was dust and I had no idea where to go and I was just upset. Yeh yeh is all I got told and we were off again. Well all of a sudden there's a big thump and my car comes to a dead stop. My daughter flew off the seat onto the floor of course back then we didn't wear seat belts, don't think that old dodge even had any. I couldn't see anything so just sat there. The dust settled and there I was. There was nothing...
Grandma's letter.

I got a son, his two. I gave birth through CS procedure, however I underwent to more or less 12 hours of labor. It was tremendous!! I was sent to the delivery table three times but my baby seem sleeping inside my womb. I was injected with a vile for contraction, yet nothing. My opening was inserted with a "thing" which I don't know but one doctor on my side said it's for contraction again. Still nothing. Then three doctors tried to assist by pushing my womb through while I'm having a 10 seconds counted breathing. Then, they let my signed a paper for CS procedure. Giving birth was not easy for me. I thought I'll be okay since my stats since then were okay. These days, it makes me think to have a baby girl after 2 years but there is fear in me. Hello mothers...I'd like to hear your story and advises....What do you think should i do?
I really thought I was forgotten by a special friend. When he went away, I never thought of hearing from him again. And each night, and each day, I would just remember the times we had. Then, amazingly and surprisingly, I received a text hearing from him. Well, talking about accountability. He does respect me and shared some valuable information coming from him.. it was not that easy waiting though, but then, I was relieved hearing it from him. What he shared was a struggle somehow. he was facing some confinement case and some investigation. I had heard this from his sister, but then, a while ago, he texted and we shared some funny texting together. Just like the old times. Hoping to communicate to him sooner and more.. I just thought he forgotten. And I was wrong..
