Christianity, along with many other religions, teaches people to forgive and forget. There are many people who hold grudges and will not forgive people. A quote that I read in a book one time said. "Who are you to not want to forgive? Do you consider yourself better than Jesus, for Jesus forgave worse sinners than your mother." Jesus, did in fact forgive all those who asked for it. He is the saviour of the whole world, who came down with the message of God to repent from our sins and took upon Himself to die in our place so that we might have an eternal life which was lost in the garden of Eden during the earthly sojourn of Adam and Eve.
He paid the full price of the sin of the whole world and released us from the wrath of God.

| | Are we all Becoming Hindu? | | I was just reading an article about religios belives in US and they are claiming that people start viewing religion more and more often from Hindu prespective. One of the examples they gave is that more and more people think that it doesn't matter what religion you are, there are many ways to God, which is part of the teachings of Hinduism. Most other religions teach that their religion is right and others are wrong. In the bible for examply it says that jesus said Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me." according to 2008 survey 65% of people are not buying it any more, they think there are many ways to eternal life. 26% of Americans also belive in reincornation which is also a part of Hinduism. In cathlic religion it is tought that soul and body are one and together they form self and at the end of time they will be reunited in the Resurrection, i guess not as many people are buying it ether. More and more people are now also choosing to be cremated, although it's a part of many cultures, in this artical arthour also associates it with Hinduism. | | hag dreams, sleep paralysis, evil, paranormal, sleep disorder | | I often have dreams that are very scary and real. There seems to be an evil presence in the room and I will sense evil around me. I am unable to move or respond. Often, I will sense someone next to me; I can actually feel their breath on my ear. Often they are speaking in some unknown evil language and it totally freaks me out as I am paralyzed, cannot move or speak. I feel as if they are trying to possess or harm me.
I eventually became able to stop the dreams or whatever they are pretty quickly by saying in my mind "I believe in Jesus Christ" Jesus Christ is triumphant over evil and other similar things.
Am I crazy or is this a sleep disorder?

| | Do you have days like this? | | Hello friends, this is a funny kind of day, it's a day where I simply feel like doing a little bit of creative writing. So I"m just going to try this just so that I can see what I'm feeling and what all is going on inside of my head. If you feel like you'd like to add a comment or maybe you have something that you'd like to add please feel free to do so.
Today I awake in the morning aware that I'm alive, so the first thing that I do is thank God. I have nothing exceptionally special that I want to do today. Well actually there is one thing in the back of my mind. But that's neither here nor there at this time. So anyhow I wash my face and check out my body. Humm I think to myself. I'm certainly not the woman that I used to be. I wonder if other people check out there body as a whole or if when they look in the mirror then begin to just check out their face? Anyhow I tell myself I will begin to get more serious about my exercising this week. So that I can try to get back the figure that I used to have when I was in my twenties. I really don't think it's impossible but I do think it will take a lot of hard work and determination. It doesn't help that I have an older sister that is... | |
| | Jesus in Jeans...What do you think about this? | | I was wondering about what everyone thought about this.If you haven't heard, a church in England used about 35,000 pounds, I believe, to build a statue dubbed "Jesus in Jeans" in an attempt to modernize Jesus and, I think, to make him more accessible to younger people.
