TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE FREE SPIRITUAL STATS SERVICE 

To use the SpiritualStats.com free service, you will be given some HTML code to put on pages you wish to track. The code will show a small banner box (90x35) on your page and a snippet of text describing the service.  You agree to display this box and text on your pages.  Pages which are found to have removed the button or removed the text link will be deleted without notice.  There will never be any advertising displayed on your website.

Spam Free Privacy Policy: SpiritualStats.com does not use your email address for any other purpose than to occasionally communicate about important or relevant changes to your SpiritualStats service. Your email address is not sold or rented to any other company. You are allowed to create unlimited number of accounts, however an email address cannot be associated with more than one account. To use another account, you will need to use another email address. 

You may cancel your participation at any time. Simply remove the code from your webpage and the database will automatically delete your account after a set number of inactive days. SpiritualStats.com reserves the right to remove accounts for web sites that do not abide by this agreement, or to remove any site which receives no hits in the first 14 days following signup.  If there are no hits registered in the first two weeks following signup, we'll assume you chose not to use your code.

SpiritualStats.com does not tolerate users who spam. Any user of our counter service who promotes their website through spam that contains our counter code will immediately be terminated, no questions asked!

Sorry, but we don't permit SpiritualStats buttons to be used on porn sites, TGPs, or toplists.  All are designed to elicit extraordinary traffic which could be detrimental to other users of the SpiritualStats service and which could put an unnecessary strain on our server.  If you have a porn site and need a decent counter, we recommend PayCounter.  It should go without saying, but you are not permitted to use SpiritualStats on websites which encourage racism, violence, hate crimes, illegal activities, etc. 

You must sign up using accurate information!  If you don't indicate the correct domain where you intend to use your SpiritualStats code, or if you use a false email address, your account may be terminated.  If you intentionally delete the SpiritualStats button logo from your webpage or use an unapproved button, your account may also be deleted.   We assume that sites which provide false information during signup are probably violating our terms in other ways as well.

You acknowledge and agree that your web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by SpiritualStats.com to create lists of top sites or "most active" sites. SpiritualStats.com retains all ownership and all rights to this site content, logo, software, databases, reports, and information. SpiritualStats.com's services are provided "AS IS".

SpiritualStats.com makes no guarantee of availability of the statistical program or the data and is held harmless in the event of loss or interruption of service of any kind.  We'll do our very best to be 100% reliable, but some problems are beyond our control.  We do make daily database backups.

SpiritualStats.com reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time.
